Dr. Justin L. Wolfe, DNP

CEO and Founder

Dr. Wolfe founded NP15 to close a gap he experienced himself: continuing education that is clinically relevant, evidence-based, and respectful of an NP’s time. NP15 courses are designed using microlearning principles and focus on practical decision-making, guideline implementation, and real-world application—not passive lectures or test-only education.

Meet Dr. Wolfe, DNP

Dr. Justin L. Wolfe, DNP, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, healthcare executive, and educator with more than 25 years of combined clinical, operational, and leadership experience across primary care, hospital systems, community health, and military medicine.

Dr. Wolfe is the founder of NP15, an NP-led education platform designed to translate complex clinical guidelines into concise, practice-ready learning for today’s nurse practitioners. His work is grounded in real-world care delivery and informed by decades of experience improving quality, outcomes, and system performance.

He currently practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Lead Provider in primary care, delivering comprehensive acute and chronic disease management while overseeing clinic operations, staff performance, and quality initiatives. Previously, Dr. Wolfe served as Quality Director and FNP for a volunteer-supported primary care clinic, where he led compliance, CLIA and OSHA oversight, and quality improvement programs—work that culminated in an award-winning Doctor of Nursing Practice project focused on improving hypertension management using national guidelines.

Beyond direct patient care, Dr. Wolfe has held senior executive roles in large health systems, including System Director of Denials Management, Director of Case Management, and Director of Pre-Arrival and Support Services. In these roles, he led multi-site teams, recovered millions in healthcare revenue, strengthened regulatory compliance, and developed scalable governance and quality frameworks.

Dr. Wolfe also serves as a Major in the United States Air Force Reserve, where he supports medical readiness, infection prevention, and deployment operations for large Air Force units. His military experience further informs his disciplined, outcomes-focused approach to education and leadership.

Dr. Wolfe earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University, his MSN-FNP from The George Washington University, and holds multiple state APRN licenses. He remains actively engaged in clinical practice to ensure that all NP15 education reflects current standards, regulatory expectations, and the realities NPs face every day.
