Meet Dr. Wolfe, DNP
Dr. Justin L. Wolfe, DNP, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and healthcare leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning clinical care, operations, and system-level leadership.
He is the founder of NP15, an NP-led education platform built to transform complex clinical guidelines into concise, practice-ready learning that aligns with how nurse practitioners actually deliver care.
Dr. Wolfe actively practices in primary care, managing acute and chronic conditions while leading clinical operations and quality initiatives. His leadership background includes senior roles within large health systems, where he drove performance improvement, strengthened compliance, and implemented scalable operational frameworks.
In addition to his civilian career, Dr. Wolfe serves in the United States Air Force Reserve as a Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse supporting Infection Prevention, medical readiness, and operational health initiatives. This experience reinforces a disciplined, execution-focused approach to leadership and education.
Dr. Wolfe earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University, his MSN-FNP from The George Washington University, and holds multiple state APRN licenses. He remains actively engaged in clinical practice to ensure that all NP15 education reflects current standards, regulatory expectations, and the realities NPs face every day.
