Kayla Weiss, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-C, CDCES, CCSH is the Chief Education and Content Officer for NP15, where she leads the development of clinically relevant, practice-driven education designed for modern nurse practitioners.

A board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Kayla brings extensive experience across internal medicine, sleep medicine, emergency care, critical care, and corrections health. Her career has been defined by a focus on closing educational gaps and translating complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable learning that improves real-world patient care.

With a strong foundation in diabetes and chronic disease management, she has led multidisciplinary education initiatives for patients and healthcare teams, reinforcing her commitment to practical, outcomes-focused education. Her work consistently centers on delivering content that is immediately applicable in clinical practice.

Kayla also serves in the United States Air Force Reserve, supporting clinical quality and infection prevention. This experience further shapes her disciplined, execution-focused approach to education and leadership.

As a leader at NP15, she integrates clinical expertise, educational strategy, and innovation to build scalable learning experiences that meet clinicians where they are and elevate how they practice.
